Rear Splash Apron for a 1947-53 Chevy Truck

Does anybody know where a person can get a "rear" splash apron for a 1947-53 Chevy 1/2 ton truck...... I know that is not original but i think they would look good!

I have checked a few vendors (Brothers, Chevy Duty, ect.) and they said they have them on backorder for about TWO years....

Before i try and make one i would like to dig deep and try to find one.

If you know anybody that can make one or sells them please let me know.

THANKS

Bg

Theres another place in OK. called EMS, they are the ones that make them for some of the other companies like Chevys of the 40's and a couple of others. I don't have the number here at work with me but if you look in Street Rodder and Street Rod builder magazines you'll find it.

Actually EMS (Engineering Manufacturing Services) is located in Cleveland, Oh. They make a whole lot of replacement panels for early Chevy's and Fords.

I did not have any luck finding what i want..

I checked all the places noted above and did not find a REAR splash apron???

Just to make sure you know what i am wanting , it is a splash apron just like the front apron but for the rear..The apron is flat and curves with the bumper.

I am not wanting a rear roll pan but a splash apron.

Thanks guys

Bg

Thanks WoodsEdge

I checked the website and theydo list that rear apron!!!!!

I will call tomorrow and check on this item and see if they have it.

I did send an email to the guys at "Bowtie Bits" and this was there response

cut and paste:

That item is no longer reproduced, we and another company are trying to find a truck with one on it or find one at a swapmeet so we can start making them again. That is the status as of now, Thanks Bowtie Bits.

Thanks Again

Misunderstood what you wanted, could a front unit be modified to work? I have an extra front unit if you want it, just pay the shipping
