Rear Spring Perch Kit

Back in the late 60's I believe there was a Company called CIE, or something like that, that sold a kit that you could weld onto a late model rear end (after you removed all the stock spring perch pads, etc) and allowed it to be bolted up to the stock Ford rear transverse leaf. Anybody producing anything like that today?...
