Rear Turn Signal Not Working With Lights ON

My 59 Chevy Apache Fleetside is done, now cleaning up a few bugs. Electrical is a Painless System. It all works except the right rear turn signal (led) when the lights are on. It works fine when the lights are off. Left works when lights are on. I have checked ground, installed LED Flashers but it still won't work.
Ideas???

Check this.

Right rear taillight wire is switched with right rear brake light wire.

Or exchange the rear LED bulbs and see if the problem goes to other side of the car. Bad LED bulb. It happens.

Oh yea, and check for a proper ground at the bulb.
