Rearend
Hello.
Yup, another newbee. Just started a 55 2nd series P.U. for retirement. Plan to criscross the states towing jet skis. Change to power brakes so I can stop this thing, just this last weekend. Now I want to get at the rearend. Love to have the money for a Curry, but NOT. So, I am looking for recommendations on the cheap. Maybe something in the 299 range? Limited slip? Oh, thoughts on changing 350 tranny to 400 for the overdrive? Just an old duff looking for ideas. Thanks. hr41pearl

8000 threads is a lot to sort. Hoped for a couple of fast thougths. At my age that might be difficult. HEHE hr41pearl
