Rebuild or Crate?
As part of the of my project, I am pulling the 1976 302 out of my 66 Mustang, it probably needs a total rebuild. I know it would be cheaper to buy a crate engine and I am tempted to go for a 351W (a little more expensive). Has anybody done this swap? I know there is some deck height issues, and the 302 is already a little tight. Any feedback (other than dropping in a Hemi) would be greatly appreciated.
