rebuild inline 300 6

i have a 1978 f 150 300 inline 6 , which i have had since 1988. it has 225,000 miles on the tk, not the engine. it has a holley 390 cfm carb 390 cfm, offinhauser duel plane intake , headman headers with 3 into one .head work includes all new valves , springs guides, seales, compt. cam .447 lift ,212,s duration and .010off the head , new stock lifters. my ouestion is how much horse power should all of this generate at the fly whell????????????????

The Ford inline 300 block is the strongest US manufactured inline (other than the Offenhausers) I have ever seen. The two pictured are both top dogs at the tracks they regularly run at. I'd encourage you to redo the block you have and build it up a bit to preform like the potential champion it is. Like HEI, incresed carburetion, reworked head, headers and a boost of compression. Have fun. If you do this you'll never be sorry.
