Which Rebuild kit for a lot of2-3 and 3-2 shifts for 700r4

I am rebuilding my 700r4 that is completly gone. I have no gears that even try to go. What is the best for the best price rebuild kit that is good for alot of 3-2 and 2-3 shifts. Also which t/c would be best to get also. No drag just street race and hot rodden. Will i be able to use the t/c i have in it now or would you recamend a new one. the one i have is only a year old and the tranny has been messed up have that so its damn near new. I need some advice cause i really dont have the money for trial and error. Thanks,,Darrell

Darrell,
I like to use the stock 4L60E Hi-Energy frictions in the 3-4 clutch pack but I increase the count to 7 or 8 depending on application.
I also use the Alto Red wide band, a Vette servo, Beast sun shell, TransGo reprogramming kit, larger boost valves, etc.

If the trans has any metal in the pan, I wouldn't reuse the converter. It would probably cost as much to have it cut open & cleaned as a new one cost.
