rebuilding my 700r4 and found too many blue prints.none match up?

howdy.well im attempting to rebuild my 700r4 transmission, i have lookd up the bluprints and found many difernet ones. im very confused on witch one to fallow.the part is for a 95 gmc has an overdrive. anyone have any sugestion on where i can find the correct prints to go buy. i dont have much money i am a woking man with too many bills as is.i would greatly apreciate anyinfo i may get.thanks

No idea what you mean by "blueprints" as ONLY the original manufacturer has them.

For all practical purposes all 700 internals are pretty much the same and mostly interchange, with minor modifications from 1982 thru 1993. Only major change was the addition of an auxilliary valve body in late 1986.

Since you are working on a 1995 vehicle, you must first determine WHICH year of 700 was used in the conversion.

A google search will land you a bunch of how to, a search on this site will yield some pretty informative material. DO you have a shop manual? If not you might start there.
