Could someone please recommend a good camshaft for me. I need one for 350 sbc that I'm putting in a street rod. I would like it to be a daily driver but have a good throaty rumble to go with it and it has to leave my engine dependable. This is kind of a budget build so nothing to over the top.

Thanks,
-Nick

Is this a stock motor or a bore and stroked?

Comp cams offers this without a lumpy idle

HYDRAULIC: Very strong torque, excellent mileage, smooth idle.

Part # 12-230-2

hope this helps

I think it's stock, I do know that it has not been bored but the crank was ground .02 on the mains and .01 on the rod bearings so hard to say if they changed anything on the rebuild but i kinda doubt it. but this engine supposedly has less that 100k on it and is now leaking oil after 1 rebuild...
