Redneck Street Rods

I understand that Redneck Street Rods are out of business? They are now building fiberglass duck blinds. Anybody know anything this?

I called them to ask about the 34 Ford Sedan and I was told me they were no longer building hot rod stuff and were now building duck blinds. I sent them a email asking about the molds status, no reply. It is quite strange there web site is still functioning.

As Brian Brewer (co-owner of Redneck/Fast Eddies Street Rods) told me, they have 'idled' the molds - they aren't actively making bodies, or marketing them. They are looking to sell their molds. The Fast Eddies side of the business is still building rods for people, just not making the bodies. Redneck has been building hunting blinds for the past couple of years - for sale through Bass Pro and Cabela's - among others. They are also involved in something called Retrobuilt (IIRC) making kits to transform late model Mustangs into replicas of 1969 Mustangs. My sedan was built with one of their bodies.

Thanks for the update on these folks. I was wanting to order a 34 sedan from them since they had such a outstanding reputaion and product. I have reviewed Outlaw Performance sedan and may opt for their product. Have any recommendations?

Nice sedan you have!!

Thanks. Sorry, no recommendations - I quit looking once I saw the Redneck.
