Reminder: Where to Post Site Questions

Just a reminder to everyone, especially newer members -- if you have a question about the site, or a comment, or criticism, or you just need to flag my attention, please post in the Hotrodders Q&A forum. I've been going through some old posts on the board, and I see site questions here in the Lounge, or in General Rodding Tech, or in other forums. The Hotrodders Q&A forum is set to email me every time there is a post, so it's a great way to get my attention.

A detailed how-to on exactly where to place questions is in our new 38-page help section, accessible via the "help" link towards the top-right of your screen.

Also, with 12,000+ members, I receive a very large volume of PM's. While I can't reply to all of them, I do read each and every one .

Jon;

What happened to the registration or serial numbers we used to have on the old board, below our avvys? It was sort of nice to know if members were newbies or veterans. It helped to identify members too, with so many new members choosing similar names (ie 78 monte). Is there any chance of bringing them back?
