Remote Master Fill

I have a frame mount booster and dual master cylinder and would like to install a remote firewall fill to the 36 Ford Coupe.

I note that remote kits include a new master cylinder. Is there a way that I can use my master cylinder (since it's brand new) and add the remote fill?

Another words has anyone out there ever done this?

It would appear that I could tap a whole through the frame mounted master cylinder cover and come up with a through the cover fitting that would allow me to run a line up the firewall.

Anyone make the parts for such a conversion?

There is an outfit out there that makes a billet cover for the GM master cylinder designed for a remote fill resevoir. I can't remember who and I can't find it now. Google it. If no one else responds and you can't find it, I will look tonight after work when I have more time. I know I have it book marked.

mid-fifty f-100 parts sells them for the under floor boosters we put on our old fords. I don't know if they would fit other ones though. At least they are out there.

If you can't find what you need elsewhere, give them a call. Who knows, it might fit.
