removal of a 1963 chevy c10 vent window

How do i remove the vent window on a 1963 chevy c10 truck. i have taken the screws out, the spring out but it still isnt coming out. I am replaceing the dry rotted weatherstripping in it.

I would be inclined to believe that the door window needs to be all the way down.
There should be a screw down inside the door to align it to the door.

The vent window assembly is also the glass run channel for the door glass, so that whole assy needs to come out.

I think it needs to come out to replace the door glass as well.

removing vent window

take door pannel off the there will be a 5/16 nut on the bottom of the window and on the front of the door there is 2 screws thats it

vent window

well i took off the panel and took out the nut and the spring and i couldnt find which 2 scres you were talking about cause wont that whole track have to come out to get it back in???
