Remove rotors on 75 Chevy

Purchased a new set of rotors for my 75 Monte for the front. Pretty sure the rotors are original from the factory. Pads look like been changed, but who knows how long so doing it all. I've got the rotors and pads and went to install them and have the calipers fully off. Usually, the rotors would just slide off, or need a little tap with a mallet and then pop off. These don't move... at all.

I've been looking around and see that Corvettes are sometimes riveted on from the factory. There are maybe 4 or 5 holes on the rotor facing toward the hub, but really can't see inside there because of the dirt.

Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks in advance.
