got most of my wiring done. not sure when changing over to volt meter gauge. not sure its working,no light.that may be just a bulb. 2 studs that have 0 and G on them.actually bracket that holds gauge to dash goes on these studs. one bottom stud says I. my harness has a red wire that says to power gauges up. i ran the red wire to this I on the volt meter gauge then to I+ on all other gauges. i think they will work all other gauges.oil.water,gas have a wire off them to the sender,all done. is this all that goes to volt gauge is this red power up gauges wire? can i test this gauge across my batt. maybe? 1 side to -/ 1 side to +. thanks

The "I" terminal gets 12 volts when ignition is on. You can use the same to power the other gages "I" terminals. Run your power wire first to the voltmeter "I" terminal. I prefer to run a separate wire from a junction close to the batter or fuse block for power to the volt meter, this gives a truer indication of voltage.
