When you take out leafs,The truck will be soft on the back end.Plus you will get more axle twist...
|

Start with the bottom ones in the pack, they are usually the stiffest. How many will depend on ride and load carrying ability.

I went from 4 leafs to 2 on my S-10 with no change in ride quality (even thinking of trying just the top leaf). BTW, you'll never get any axle-twist wth Cal-tracs and they work better with a softer spring pack...
