Removing paint from rubber bumper

What is the easiest way to remove paint from the rubber front bumper of an early 70's Firebird?

I've used paint stripper (which I prefer) on metal surfaces but I'm afraid it will react with the rubber.

I've also used paint stripping disks on a drill but that's no fun at all.

Will a liquid paint stripper work without damaging the bumper?

Borrow or rent a steam pressure washer. Not only will it remove the paint, it will warm the urethane bumper and prevent it from cracking while you're working on it.

I've used regular stripper on bumpers many times,
never had an issue.
But always test some on the back side first, just to be safe.
