Removing quarter glass.
1968 Firebird.
I've been able to disassemble most everything so far by either having done it before or just looking it over. I finally hit one part I can't get out... the rear quarter glass. The front roller had a spring, I removed it, it has a flat sq stud but the whole thing turns, the outer part has a disc with two holes but near impossible to get to. My manual shows a flat tool with two studs for a similar style quarter. But, is that how you remove the rear quarter glass? It has a center roller that looks like it will lift out the top, the front roller that's spring loaded and the raise-lower roller captured in a channel. Thanks. |

Anyone?
Nobody here has removed a quarterglass from a 1967-1969 Firebird or Camaro? I'm stumped. Thought about pulling the regulator and track but it doesn't look like it'll fit through the slot in one piece. |
