I've had mine for years, I got a 1000 grit one.
That's the lowest, I wish they went lower, but it works real good.
They're small. about 1.5" x 3/4"x3/4",
but I think that makes them work better for runs being small.
They remind me of a pumice stone, real hard and light but you can
sand their faces with sandpaper real easy, I lay sticky paper on my
bench top and run the stone over it a couple of passes and it's
like new again and dead flat, so it'll last a long time.
I even round the corners over on one face.

I need to get out more..HR is about the only way I find out about all this stuff..
