[47 Coupe]

I've done my 47 Chevy coupe with one piece side windows. The problem is the vent windows angle toward the center of the car( in other words the front edge is narrower than the rear. I removed all the windows from the door and mocked up a front and rear guide for the window. Then by stretching a line from the two guides you can see the place where you have to add metal. I bent a piece 90 degrees long enough to cover the area needed. Weld this in and finish the metalwork. One thing to be sure of is to check that the window will move up and down in the guides without binding.
