The vinyl paint is supposed to bond with the vinyl, so it's not a question of getting it off, it's a question of coloring over it.

vinyl paint remover
I am sure I accidentally sprayed brake cleaner on a new painted interior panel and it removed the paint with no damage.
I am not saying it is the best, but I came out alright. Glenn |
