removing the wing windows 4 good
Hi, I am restoring my 68' GTO and will be doing some custom body, interior, engine, engine compartment, and chassis work myself. I will be teaching myself the interior and body work. I have to learn sometime, might as well be now! The wing windows have got to go! They have already been bent so many times from people locking their keys in the car.
My question is this: How do I completely remove the wing windows and do it right? e.i. how do I do the window seals(felt), get custom glass, get the door panel to line up? A referrence to a book on how to do it would be helpful as well. Thank you. |

thanks, your the best. Why didn't I think of that! your goat looks great. Did the door panels all line up? and how much modification did you actually do?
