repair seat foam - glue recommendation

I have another question. The seat foam has some built-in wire bars that are used for the hog rings to attach the fabric to. The wire bars are starting to rip out of the seat foam in several places.

Can anyone suggest a glue to repair the foam so that it will hold the metal bars in place again?

You can use DAP Landau Top and Trim Contact adhesive, or any other HHR (high heat resistant) contact adhesive intended for car interiors. Are these Mustang seats?
