that's a huge job. I'm guessing at least a 26 hr job. I just did a huge van uniside, sort of the same size as your roof that calls for the same R&I other than that you have it harder cause you have to completely remove the head liner, and it's not just huge plastic inner side panels like I faced. That tear down will be lots of more work than I faced. Gonna glue it in? Weld? or both? I'm guessing a 32 hr job but better to ask Martin, he's an estimator and can look it up on Mitchell.

The roof time on the regular cab is 18.5 plus .8 for each side air bag. I don't know why that's not included being they all have side air bags, oh well. The 18.5 does include to R&I all the headliner, trim, and windows.

If it's a crew cab, it's 22.2 with sunroof and side rails, 21.6 with sunroof without side rails.
Without a sunroof and with side rails it's 21.0 without sunroof and without side rails it's 20.4

But realistically you need to paint both side roof rails and blend both cab corners (1.6 and 1.0 each) so that means the bed comes off (2.5)

I would likely find a bunch more little things like the vents on the back of the cab if it has them and a zillion other .2 little goodies that add up.

But there you go.

Brian

And remember, that is "R&R" time, "Remove and Replace" Not "R&I" which is "Remove and Install" as in the bed, the bed is "R&I", as is the head liner, and anything that the original part is reinstalled.

good thing it's not metallic, cause then you'd have to tape your gun to the end of a broom stick and make jerky robotic passes.
