Replacement boots for tie-rods?

I've got a 69 Vette that I was greasing the front end on, when I noticed the tie-rod boots where dry & splitting and just about to fall off ...on both sides! The rods are tight and don't need replacing, but I don't know where to get just the rubber replacements!?? ...Anybody know?

I believe both Napa and your GM dealer can get them.
