I've never used a Fatman frame but have had a lot of experience with Fatman and his crew. I highly recommend them. Best I have ever dealt with!

My experience with the Fatman products have been fine. My experience with their customer service has been less than fine. I spoke with Brent at the HRRS in Indy last year. He assured me he has made changes there. Other friends and people in the business professionally have assured me they are a good outfit and do good work. I would be interested in any one elses experience as well.
