replacing 700r with th350
i'm getting ready to pull my 2.8 in my 89 camaro and going to put in a 305 with a th350, does anyone know the lenght of the driveshaft? I would like to have it for when the motor is dropped in, if anyone has done this could you tell me what lenght to have it cut down to?

I did this swap, and did not have to cut my drivesahft, measure the tailshafts on the 2 tranny, if they are the same you shouldnt have to cut anything.

ok, thanx alot, I hope I dont have todid you build your 305? I'm having mine bored .030, and all that funky stuff, hopefully it be a good setup when done
