Thanks for the previous info guys, I have a beat up 70 RS SS #'s matching, I do like to go fast and try not to screw up the value by changing to many parts, stock intake (not the LT1) and exhaust, flat top pistons,
closed chamber heads 1.94 valves. since I will be replacing lifters, I would like to replace with a hydraulic roller cam. my origninal horsepower rating according to ID is 300 horsepower wouldn't mind going to 350 and still be somewhat mild manered. any suggestions on cam lift, duration and lobe center. thanks

How bout the L-79 cam 350/327 447 lift 222@050 or the L-46 cam 350/350 222@050 .450/.460lift???These are both factory cams if your lookin for that kinda feel.If you don't care then just match every thing gears trann compression etc...and pick an aftermarket grind.
