Okay guys so I'm looking for a tire the same size or similar to the N50 Super Wide GTs currently on my Nova... It took some work getting the back high enough for them, wheel well modification as well, I love the look. It's what I like. Anyway, will these BFG's have the look I'm going for? I already have newish 14" BFGs on the front so matching might be nice for a change! Any input is appreciated! -Alex Http://www.ebay.com/itm/BF-Goodrich...ion+Width:295|Aspect+Ratio:50|Rim+Diameter:15
This one looks close to your current tires. A little wider in the section, but the tread width and diameter is close. It doesn't have a lot of tread, so wet driving may be interesting.
N50's, Wow! I ran these on my '73 Firebird for years! Went through two sets of Mickey's and a set of Pro-Trac's. Sure does bring back some memories.
If you measure your tires like Eric suggested we can figure out what size in a metric tire will get close. Now, keep in mind I doubt you will find any in a 15. You will probably be looking for new rims also.

The McCreary Tire & Rubber Company Is now American Racer Tires! I run them and their a great tire and they have great close out sales. The street racing tires for Auto cross are great even in the rain, and they have hard to soft compounds . I run Bias belted though, call and ask about radials.
295/50 should be perfect, seems like they may even be the recommended replacement size. A lot of my friends had N50s or 295/50s mounted to 10" wheels back in the 80s when I was in high school. They're pretty close to the same size.
