Replacing old brake lines on 1946 chevy truck

Hello

I'm looking for some help or information on bending and flaring of stainless steel brake line. This is my first attempt and I'm looking for any useful hints as well as what tools will be required.

Thanks

Welcome to Hotrodders....this forum is for introductions not questions. Please look in the KnowlegeBase or do a search on this site for the info you are looking for. If that fails to find it then place your question in the Suspension/Brakes forum.

Just so you'll know. Stainless lines require a 37* single flare which is totally different than normal soft steel lines so you'll need a special tool for the flares. Do not attempt to double flare stainless lines because they'll split.

I know doing stainless uses different tools. You would normally would use. I know you can get them at the auto tool supply. I know the bend process is the same.
