replacing parts doe to an intake leak#2

Hiya guys, History: intake leaked...got it fixed 30,000 later leaked again sludge did some damage. Top half was replaced..lifters rods..next. low compression and some knocking.
I have the engine out and about to take the pistons out.
My thinking is replace piston rings, main bearings.I hear that sludge will do lots of damage.

Question: what are your thoughts? Do i need to do more?
Im going to have to measure cylinder walls and my main huh?

i sure would hate to put it back together and it not work well.

sigh: scaredycat
