replacing rear pannelels, go some questions
I am replacing the lower section of the rear quarter pannels on my 64 t-bird. JC Whitney offers the replacments for 100 bucks a piece. 20 guage primed steel. The picture looks pretty close, but according to the magazine that replacement pannel will also fit other cars. my worry is that it won;t look right on my car and i'll have to spend even more money to get one made custom.
Has anyone ever bought these JCW body replacment pannel How well do they look, i understand i'll need to do some trimming andsuch, but are they worth 100 bucks? Also is it something i can do myself being a begginer to the car world? I do know how to do body work and most mechanical things though thanks~ |

I picked up a JC whitney panel for a 76 monte a few weeks ago, I also have I higher quality one for the other side. The difference is tremendous, better fit, already coated, complete, etc. But, the JC whitney panel does fit, its just gonna take some trimming.
