Replacing sew foam?

I've stripped down the rear seat of a 1970 Cadillac. The leather is in pretty good shape and will be reused. I've noticed that the sew foam inside the seat covers is pretty dried out. Is it possible to replace this foam without having to totally deconstruct the seat? I'll see if I can post a picture. later

That would not be possible without taking the seat cover apart.
