The "correct" OEM roller lifters are from 2.2L, 3.1L or 3.4L- not the 4.3L V6 or V8. The 4.3L engine uses identical OEM roller lifters as the 5.0 and 5.7L V8's, LT1-type engines and the LS engines.
I thought I fixed that a long time ago, went back and did another edit hopefully it stuck.
