Return Line on Fuel Pump

...or what I am assuming is a return line.

I am swaping in a BBC for the SBC in my K5 Blazer.

The new fuel pump on the BB has 3 ports. I am assuming the small 3rd ports is for a return. Does that sound correct?

The Holley pump on the SB only had an in and an out.

Can I just plug this 3rd port or could this cause problems with the fuel pumps operation?
