Just for looks and for the sake of nostalgia, I want to run a generator on my 51 flathead. If I remember right the old Fords with 12 volts had positive ground. what are my choices for generator/regulator?

Doc here,

What choice are you looking for?

You can get OEM type replacement parts from a lot of flathead places, Or Hemmings or even swap meets..that will work just fine..or rebuild what you have.

Are you looking for more output?

Powermaster is putting out alternators that look similar to, and bolt in place of, generators now. Don't know prices though.
