REX Industrial Machine
Does any one have a manual for a Rex industrial machine,
I am seeking info on proper threading , my threads keep breaking, and any important info on the oil and belt tension, also, should this machine make a lot LOT noise. or will oil help her out. |

The most noise you should hear is from the motor. Oiling the machine will make a big difference, but if it makes a lot LOT of noise, it could be out of time or have a bent shaft. Put in a brand new needle, and if the noise continues after you oil it, take it to a pro to have it checked out. Sew4less offers manuals for Rex sewing machines. check out this link: http://www.sew4less.com/product_deta...?ProductID=730
In general, the places to oil on an industrial sewing machine are marked in red. Just oil those places and use common sense to oil areas that aren't marked that way. Check out these two pics for the red markings?
