Rides R-U-L-E-D this week!!!!

Just curious what everyone else thought about Rides this week on TLC? I thought it totally rocked! It was a completely different show compared to last week which I thought pretty much sucked (new Shelby Cobra).

Last week was mostly boring interviews and bull**** little sneak peaks until the last 10minutes when they finally showed the new COBRA. Watching them mock-up that clay model of the car for most of the show put me to sleep. No real car building to watch.

This week you got to see the entire breakdown and rebuild including welding and alot of engine detailing. The shop tour of the other ongoing projects really left me wanting more. That shop should be the setting for the new American Hotrods Show. Those guys are absolute professionals--none of that angry bull**** yelling and abuse that you're stuck watching on American Choppers.

I'm just hoping the rest of the Rides series does as well as this last episode. Thought I'd check out this bulletin board's poll feature--vote what you thought about the show.

Super show! Those guys can do anything. I know one thing, I would give one of my dangling maracas for that shop.

had to work, so I missed it....

did I hear Chicayne? That bad beast is hanging up on my wall from a Chevy Hi-Performance article in the June 03 issue.

Whew, to see that boy run would be a hoot.
Oh well. Duty calls.

yeah, that is one bad mudda. the article i have has a great picture of the body... slammed down to the dirt with big rims and an attitude that stalks you it seems.

its one of the few cars i have seen that have almost human like qualities....

Now these car mags are online there should be more video clips.
Hot Rod have done two, the Wilshire Shaker and their Nova.
It would be great to see a vid of this thing moving.

I think Troy and his crew are some of the best fabricaters around, troy started building some off the wall cars that no one cared about and built some BadA$$ rods out of them, now everyone wants the unusual,
I really enjoyed the show, no in fighting , just plain quality workmanship, did you notice that most of them were young guns?? there's some awsome talent there,
