Rigging up pulley system

I have a 1973 Vega with a 2004 5.7L 350. I have been trying to figure out how to hook up the pulley system. The 2004 harmonic balancer is for new belt still plus I won't be running AC or power steering. Pretty much all it will be turning will be water pump and altenator.

Is there after market parts out there to put this together?
Do you have any suggestions on how to move forward?

Thanks

What exactly is this engine at 2004 you're a year beyond using Gen 1 L31 Vortec engines in production. So the question comes to is a stranger to production, or crate engine and if so is it injected or not? This leads to what you can do to the front of the engine.

My knee jerk considering the Vega is tight with a V8 in there would be that if this is a 2004, L31, Vortec changed to carb that's running with just the water pump and the alternator, I'd ditch the serpentine stuff for V-belts. This will open up some space where there isn't much but it requires a conventional rotation (pre serpentine) water pump and fan if your running that off the end of the water pump. This, also, offers the opportunity to gain some space between the engine and radiator by using the older short pump. But this involves using the older front damper which lets you change back to metal timing cover. This may take a couple gaskets to clear the roller cam timing set. Then re-mount the alternator to the passenger side so you can easily see the timing marks on the drivers side.
