Right Coast Nats - Syracuse

Anyone going to this Syracuse show 7/18 -20? I'll go for the day Saturday but the cars are spread so much over the entire NY State fairgrounds that it's tough to see as much as you want. But.....

Hey Dave,

I'm going for sure. I have a room fro Friday night. Still stuggling with cooling issues wit hthe stang though. If I don't get it straightened out, might be just going for the day with my regular car.

Might just be a better idea anyhow with the DD - especially if you have any doubts. From experience, the Thruway is no fun for a breakdown (or take the bucket - just because it's rained one time every year doesn't mean it will this year )

Syracuse Nationals On Site Repair Facility

Hey Guys,
The Syracuse Nationals always gets a little damp. It's Syracuse after all. If you are a participant in the show and you have any vehicle problems, my crew from Dream Machines car club run an emergency repair facility on site to get you back going again. We will be available Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 3:00 (more like 8:00 to 4:00) for assistance. Of course, we won't turn anyone away because of the time, if they are really in trouble. We are located inside the North end of Toyota/ Cargill Building on the NYS Fairgrounds. Stop by. We are expecting approximately 7k entries this year and is always a great show for both the out-of-towners and locals alike.
See Ya'll then,
T.R. (aka T-Bone)

Haven't gone since I went with my '34 3 window. I'll be in PA at the DeSoto National Convention, but my old '34 will be there. Look for a black chopped 3 window with a 502 (460 initially) engine...with a Blue Oval on the finned aluminum valve covers. Guy named Jack owns it now...
