I thought krist PM you a thread and idea for your plastic?

I found this but couldn't access the whole thread:

Quote:
Forget the panel board or wood. Find a plastic supplier in your area, and buy some PVC plastic sheets. We buy 4x8 sheets for a little under $24 a sheet. You can bend the stuff and mold it to shapes. We have recently completed switched all of our panels to PVC sheet plastic, 1/8" thick.

Maybe krist will be his ever patient self and give you another PM.

The post was about PVC plastic sheets. It works about the same as ABS, but is alot cheaper at my local plastic supplier. 1/8" thick.

In the link you supplied, scoll down to "Expanded PVC." Thats what we use. Thats not a bad price either.

Thanks guys, I already made two fiberglass door panels and have yet to smooth and cover one, and PVC just sounds sooooooooo much easier, I have enough vinyl, I belive i will just call it experience and make a new set alltogether!!
