Rim lug pattern question

Hi

I dont know if this is the right section. I just recently bought some 20" rims for my moms 01 jimmy. I thought they had a universal big 5 lug pattern but they arent universal. I am going to try to get lug adapters to make them fit. I was hoping someone could tell me the lug pattern on a 2001 4wd Jimmy 5 lug. These rims fit on a 1990 Suburban 5 lug pattern but they almost fit but the lug pattern is a little bit different. Is there a tool I can buy to tell me what lug size it is?

The wheels you have are 5on5" and the Jimmy is 5on4.75". Don't buy adapters. Return the wheels (or sell them) and buy the right size.

Another way to measure a 5-lug bolt pattern is below. However this is only an approximation.
