Rims to be narrowed

OK guys where in Ontario can I get two steel rims narrowed from 7" to 6" or even 5"??

I need two steel early 70's Rally style Nova rims that I want narrowed for the front of my Monza wagon. Anyone know of a place that does this?

Wheel Vintiques make NEW Rally Wheels as narrow as 4 inches in the 15 inch size. I posted a link to the web page and it has a catalog with the rim width they offer NEW ...
