Ring gear spacer
Can anyone tell me how thick a ring gear spacer is? I have a second gen. Diff. that will accecpt 3:08s down, I have a 3:73 set I would like to use with this posi unit. I just need to know how thick a ring gear spacer is so I can make sure that the ring gear is not centerd by only the bolts.

Ring gear spacers are different thickness' for each different type rear and ratio change, you mite be able to get the specs off Summit or Jegs on the Mr Gasket product lines.
