ring & pinnion

i have a busted tooth on a pinnion gear on a 7.5 chevy rearend. i have another ring and pinion set with a good pinion but the ringgear is busted, can i mismatch what i have? thanks in advance. jsterg

nope ring and pinion should be changed as a set.....
