Be clear and give a little more detail about what you have, I couldn't make heads or tails of some of that run-on sentence.

There are .555" lift cams, but there are no 555° duration cams, list all your cam specs- duration, lift, lobe seperation, intake lobe centerline.

List the distributor timing specs you are currently using.

Tell us about your entire fuel system.

"My car don't have the take-off" is not very specific. Be more descriptive of the problem you are having.

Part of the problem is the torque converter stall is too low.

your need a 4000++++ stall converter. A 5000 stall is not too much.

Then you need to degree in the cam you have and move it to give the best possible power band. It most likely needs to be advanced.
as much as 6 to 7deg depending on its present installed phasing. Degree it first, then adjust the installed phasing. Its very common for this cam to be installed incorrectly.

Then the distributor advance curve needs to be optimized.

If the .555" lift cam you have is the comp 306S Magnum
306-306-260-260-.555-.555 110LSA
you can lock out the distributor mechanical advance curve and run full spark advance all the time. 36deg at idle 36deg at max rpm.
The engine will be much happier much more responsive
and go like hell.
The 750 vacuum sec carb will need a bit of fine tuning of the sec opening rate.
A lighter yellow sec spring will help. rear jet extensions and maybe a accelerator pump shooter adjustment .031" or .035"
try some #72-74 primary jets and 80-84 sec jets if its a 750.

get some rear air bags for your cutlass
