Road & Track: "Subaru EyeSight System with TSA Option – 2012 New York Auto Show"

Wow, these companies really profit from insecurity. Since we are already tracked via smart phones, I'm betting the images are then transmitted "somewhere else" without the owner's knowledge.

"Subaru has just announced it will equip EyeSight with optional TSA software. According to Subaru, “The software takes advantage of EyeSight’s pedestrian recognition capability and integrates airport security body scanning software as used by the Transport Security Administration at airports.” The system then transmits the images to your cellphone so you can see if the pedestrians are packing."
