roadrunner driveshaft length ?
i have a 73 satellite/roadrunner that was originally a 318 car with a 904 tranny d-60 rear it now has an 8.75 rear in it and will have a 400 with a 727 tranny (long shaft) i can get the slip yoke that will match up to the tranny as well as the my original driveshaft but need to know what the length of the drivshaft needs to be . this set up isnt out of the ordinary since you could get this car with my new set up . does any body know what the length of the factory driveshafts are or if mine will work ? or will i need to have mine cut ??? any help would be appriciated . thanks in advance
