I was wondering if this is a carb worth rebuilding and using it on my 77 monte carlo. But mine has a 4 barrel on it allready (Which is in need of a rebuild i think) because the electric choke sticks on and it take forever to warm up in mild wather. Should i just get rid of the one he gave me? and the one that is on my car, and pick up a edelbrock performer 600cfm also ? help appreciated.

Low77 : The q-jet is the best street carb in the world. If for some reason you are not sure of the one you have and you live in the Toronto area I can sell you one off of a Z28-350 or 1/2 Ton 350 Pick-up.
