Rod End Problem
I've purchased 3/4" stud 3/4" eyelet rod ends and purchased the 4-link suspension separately. The 4-link bars and brackets are all 5/8". All hardware, bolts etc.. are 5/8". Instead of purchasing 8 more expensive rod ends with 5/8" eyelet, what can I do? Right now, I can either buy all 3/4" bolts and drill out my brackets from 5/8" to 3/4", which seems a bit overkill, but will work, or have bushings made that will slide inside the rod end eyelet, bringing it down from 3/4" to 5/8". Does anyone know where I can purchase bushings for rod ends? I can't find any anywhere. Any help is much appreciated.

Do the bushings. Try McMaster-Carr for #23275T14, should be able to get 3 or 4 from each of these...
